This means it is formfitting. The top front of the dress has a straight line slit neckline. The sleeves on the dress are formfitting. The body of the dress flows wonderfully into the pencil skirt. The skirt has a hemline which comes to the knee level. The back of the dress has been given a wide scoop cut out. The top of the dress as a sea foam green color. This coloring feeds into an ocean blue color. Further down the dress it goes back into a deep sea blue coloring. This fades back into the sea color below it and eventually back into the sea foam color at the end of the skirt.
